First week free

A fee that makes sense:
from 3% per load

You pay a percentage of the loads we actually booked for you, and in the first week you pay nothing at all. Judge our work on real loads before you pay your first dollar.

How the fee works

The rate is agreed individually: operations differ, but the settlement terms are the same for everyone.

What your rate depends on

Everything agreed is put in writing before the start and doesn't change without your consent.

How many trucks

One truck and a fleet of ten mean different workloads for the dispatcher.

Trailer type

Open trailers for 2–9 cars and enclosed ones are planned differently.

Lanes

Steady lanes and one-off orders create different workloads.

How often you are on the road

Your schedule and home time affect how tight the planning is.

What the fee covers and what it doesn't

The fee covers all the dispatch described on the services page. We have no stripped-down tier: every truck gets the full service.

Included in the fee

  • Weekly planning
  • Sourcing and booking on the major load boards
  • Negotiating rate, detention and TONU
  • Broker vetting
  • Document processing
  • 24/7 support in Russian, Romanian and English

Not included

  • Bookkeeping and tax filing
  • Compliance and IFTA
  • Insurance and its paperwork
  • Factoring
  • Truck repair and maintenance
  • Setting up authority

Why this price

Why we can keep the fee lower

AI handles the routine in our office: load matching, monitoring, paperwork. So one dispatcher runs fewer trucks, but better and cheaper per truck, and you aren't paying for a call center, because we don't have one.

FAQ

Short answers to common questions

Here is what people ask most often.

The rest is collected on a separate page.

How does the free first week work?

You go through onboarding, meet your dispatcher, and we run your truck for a full week: loads, negotiations, support, all as usual. On every load that week you pay 0%. If we don't earn our fee, you walk away and keep everything.

Why “from” 3% and what does my rate depend on?

There is no single price for everyone, because no two operations are the same. We look at your situation: how many trucks, which trailers, which lanes, and we agree the rate together. Everything agreed is put in writing before the start.

Do I sign a contract?

Yes. We work under a written dispatch services agreement where the rate and terms are fixed on paper, with no verbal promises to argue about later. You read it during onboarding and we answer any question before you sign.

How and when are invoices issued?

Every two weeks. Partners who have been with us longer can switch to monthly settlement.

Do you take new MC numbers?

Yes, we take new authorities, and the free first week applies to you as well.

Run a week and do the math yourself
