Who we are
Vanguard Logistics Hub (hereinafter VLH) is a dispatch service for car haulers. Legal entity: Vanguard Logistics Hub S.R.L., 49 Tighina St., MD-2001 Chisinau, Republic of Moldova. These terms apply to the vl-hub.com website and to clients using our dispatch services.
We are the carrier's agent, not a broker
VLH acts as an authorized agent of the carrier and dispatches within your own authority (MC/DOT). We are neither a broker nor a carrier, we do not own trucks and we do not enter into carriage contracts in our own name. Loads are booked under your authority and your insurance.
What the services include
Weekly planning, sourcing and booking loads on load boards and through direct broker contacts, negotiating rate and terms, processing rate confirmations and BOLs, support on the road in Russian, Romanian and English.
We are responsible for the process, not the result
We do not guarantee load availability on a particular lane, a specific rate per mile, a specific weekly income or payment by the broker. The freight market changes and these factors are outside our control.
Your obligations
You keep your authority and insurance active, provide accurate documents and data, comply with FMCSA rules, hours-of-service and safety requirements. The decision whether to take a load and how to run the trip remains yours.
How a load is accepted
No load is booked without your consent. You see the rate, the lane and the terms, you accept or decline, and only after your consent does the dispatcher confirm the booking with the broker. We do not use forced dispatch.
Broker vetting
We keep our own record of brokers and try not to work with those who have had payment problems. This reduces risk but is not a guarantee of payment: the obligation to pay rests with the broker.
The fee
The fee is from 3% of the load amount. The exact percentage is agreed individually, put in writing before the start and does not change without your consent. The fee is calculated from the amount stated on the rate confirmation you receive.
First week free
The first week of service runs at a 0% fee and includes the full service under the usual rules. The offer applies once to a new client and does not combine with other discounts.
Invoices and payment
Invoices are issued every two weeks. Partners who have worked with us longer than 3 months may switch to monthly settlement. Invoice payment term: 7 calendar days from the invoice date. In case of late payment we may suspend service until the debt is settled.
Consent to contact
By submitting a request or starting work you consent to contact by phone, SMS, messengers and email on service matters. Marketing messages are sent separately and you can opt out at any time.
Third-party services
We use third-party platforms and services in our work: load boards, payment and factoring companies, accounting software. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, decisions or technical failures.
VLH is an independent dispatch service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with any load board. We use them as a subscriber on behalf of our clients.
Limitation of liability
VLH is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, downtime, loads left unpaid by a broker, market changes, weather conditions or the actions of third parties. VLH's total liability is limited to the amount of fees received from you over the last 3 months.
This is not legal or tax advice
Site materials and dispatcher recommendations are operational in nature. They do not replace advice from a lawyer, accountant or insurance agent.
Use of the site
The site may not be used for unlawful purposes, attempts at unauthorized access, automated data collection or posting false information about yourself.
Intellectual property
Texts, images, logos and other site materials belong to VLH. They may not be used without written permission.
Suspension and termination of service
We may suspend or terminate service in case of non-payment, provision of false data, breach of these terms or of legal requirements. You may end the relationship by giving us 7 days' notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page with the update date. By continuing to use the services you accept the new version.
Governing law
The relationship between the parties is governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes are resolved in the manner set out in the dispatch services agreement: first by negotiation, within 30 days of written notice; failing agreement, by the competent courts of Chisinau, Republic of Moldova.
